Terms of Service for Axoriq Workspace

1. Service overview

Axoriq Workspace is a private business workspace that provides tools for mail, files, contacts, calendar, notes, seminars, website publishing and other connected business modules. By accessing or using Axoriq Workspace, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts and access

You must create an account to use Axoriq Workspace. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Workspace owner responsibility

The workspace owner is responsible for the data, users and connected services within their workspace, including any team members granted access. The workspace owner is responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload, store and process the data placed into the workspace.

4. Connected third-party services

Axoriq Workspace may allow users to connect third-party services such as Google, Gmail, email providers, WordPress or payment providers. By connecting a third-party service, you authorise Axoriq Workspace to access and process the data needed to provide the selected feature. You can disconnect third-party services where supported, from workspace settings or from the third-party provider directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Axoriq Workspace to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Send unsolicited bulk email or engage in abusive messaging practices;
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service;
• Access data or accounts without authorisation;
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Some features of Axoriq Workspace may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

7. Data and backups

Workspace data belongs to the workspace owner or authorised user. While we take reasonable measures to protect and back up data, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical information where appropriate.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Axoriq Workspace available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features, including business modules, as the product evolves.

9. Termination

You may stop using Axoriq Workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security risk to the service or other users.

10. Limitation of liability

Axoriq Workspace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
