1. Who we are

Axoriq Workspace ("Axoriq Workspace", "we", "us", "our") is a private business workspace that helps business owners and teams manage mail, files, contacts, calendar, notes, seminars, website publishing and other business operations from one account. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and the controls available to you.

2. What data we collect

We collect account information you provide when you sign up, such as your name, email address and business details. We also collect data you create or upload while using the workspace, including files, contacts, calendar entries, notes and seminar information. If you connect third-party services, such as a Google account, we may receive additional data from those services as described below.

3. Google user data

If you connect a Google account, Axoriq Workspace may request access to Gmail information needed to provide email features inside your workspace. This may include reading email metadata and content, displaying mailbox folders, sending messages, updating message status and syncing mailbox activity, depending on the permissions you approve.

4. How we use data

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, operate and maintain the features of Axoriq Workspace;
• Enable the specific tools you use, such as mail, files, contacts, calendar, seminars and website publishing;
• Maintain the security and integrity of the service;
• Support subscriptions, billing and account management;
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the service.

5. How we store and protect data

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect account data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Data is stored on infrastructure used to operate the workspace and is accessible only as needed to provide the service.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to any legal or operational requirements to retain certain records.

8. User controls and account disconnection

You can manage or disconnect connected third-party accounts, including Google, at any time from workspace settings. You can also revoke Axoriq Workspace’s access directly from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting a service may limit or disable features that depend on it.

9. Children’s privacy

Axoriq Workspace is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as Axoriq Workspace evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
